Each player will receive a Parent Letter and a Call 20 Sheet two weeks prior to the Hour-A-Thon event.  The athletes/participants and parents (if they are 12 and under) will meet or get on Zoom and be ready to go at 5:55pm. 

The Hour-A-Thon staff will walk the participants through everything, to send out the 20 texts and then follow up with a short phone call to each number asking them for their support and thanking them for the donations.

We are inviting all of our teams to gather at one teammate's home, enjoy discounted pizza through SKV, and connect with the other teams via Zoom. You will see live updates as players receive donations and hear support from SKV administrators and Hour-A-Thon leaders when logged into the Zoom. 

Hour-A-Thon will track each player's raised funds LIVE. Following the event, a percentage of the funds raised will stay in your player's SKV account as a credit and must be used by May 31, 2025. There is no cash back option. Each level of player has a maximum they are eligible to receive as a credit.

If your player surpasses the designated cap, the remaining amount will be deposited into the SKV facility fund.
