Futsal is an exciting, fast-paced small sided soccer game that is played across the world. It is a 5 v 5 small-sided game played on a hard surfaced, basketball sized court with a smaller, low bounce ball. Futsal is played with touchline boundaries and without walls.
Futsal places a large emphasis on technical skill in high pressure situations which can be translated into the outdoor game. The sport is a great skill developer as it demands quick reflexes, fast thinking and pin-point passing.
Recreation, Academy, Premier players are all welcomed to participate. The Sporting Kaw Valley Youth Indoor Futsal League accepts teams from other clubs.

• Accumulated fouls: 2 foul limit - in each half, once a team has accumulated 2 fouls, direct free kicks without a wall will be awarded starting with the third team foul. For the first two fouls each half, the defending team may set up a wall. Beginning with the 3rd foul, no walls are allowed. All players must be behind the ball, and the kick must be direct. The keeper can be anywhere in the box up to 5 meters from the ball; other defending players must be behind the ball no closer than 5 meters (about 5 yards). Starting with the third foul, direct free kicks shall be taken from either the second penalty mark or where it occurred, whichever is closer (but not closer than 8 yards to the goal).
